Dan Stempel

Dan is a founding partner who specializes in strategic property management solutions and financial operations. He has lived in Wellesley, MA over the past 26 years, where he raised his three children. He has owned multiple, profitable investment properties and has previously founded and sold several successful technology businesses. Outside of work, Dan is a passionate skier and racquet sports enthusiast.

Caroline Conlin

Caroline, a National Home Watch Association Certified Home Watch Professional, is a founding partner specializing in business operations and vendor management. She maintains a deep understanding of the local market dynamics built on her experience working for one of the top real estate brokers in Massachusetts. She has lived in the Wellesley/Needham, MA area over the past 20 years, raising her 3 young adult children in the community. Outside of work, Caroline is a fitness enthusiast and devoted dog lover.
